Co2(CO)8 and Na[Co(CO)4] can deoxygenate epoxides to alkenes at room temperature, with release of CO2 (P. Dowd, K. Kang, J. Chem. Soc. Chem. Comm. 1974, 384).
Fe(CO)5 can reduce epoxides to olefins at 145 C, with release of CO2 (Kammermeier, B. 2000. Reduction. Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry. (Online)).
